At Box Stylier, your satisfaction is our top priority. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, tailor-made packaging solutions. Since every project is uniquely crafted for each client, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure fairness, clarity, and transparency at every step.

Final Sale Policy

Because our products are custom-made, all sales are final. Refunds or credits are only available if we confirm an error on our part. In such cases, we will promptly reprint your order at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled depending on the stage of production. Please note that cancellation charges may apply as outlined below:

  • Stage 1 – Before Design Rework: Orders canceled before design processing will incur a $15 fee plus 5% of the total order amount (to cover bank and processing charges).
  • Stage 2 – During Design Rework: If canceled during design adjustments, 20% of the total order value will be deducted as a cancellation fee.
  • Stage 3 – Sent to Print: At this stage, cancellation may not be possible. If successful, a minimum of 50% of the order value will be deducted.
  • Stage 4 – Shipped: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Note: Payments for design-only services are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

  • Reprints: If you receive an order with defects, damage, or missing items, you must notify Box Stylier within 3 business days of delivery. Claims made after this period cannot be honored. To qualify for a replacement, at least 99% of the received product must be returned within 10 days at the customer’s expense. Returns require prior written authorization from Box Stylier.
  • Damaged Packages: Please check your shipment upon delivery. If you notice visible damage or missing items, notify both Box Stylier and the courier immediately. Claims must be filed within 3 business days of delivery.

Non-Refundable Charges

Charges for expedited production (rush printing or shipping) are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Proofing & Printing Standards

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving final artwork and job specifications before printing. Box Stylier is not responsible for errors in the printed product caused by:

  • Typos, spelling, or grammatical errors
  • Incorrect graphics placement, orientation, or fonts
  • Wrong die cuts, folds, or slits
  • Inaccurate product sizing

We guarantee that color reproduction will be within 90% of your approved proof. For exact color matching, a hardcopy proof must be requested at an additional cost. Screen proofs are not guaranteed for color accuracy.
